Stand up paddleboard is an exhilarating sport and workout that powers up your core, balance and cardio conditioning. Learn the fundamentals of stroke mechanics and how to maneuver your board so you'll be gliding for miles with confidence and efficiency.
Lessons are geared for beginner to recreational paddlers of all ages.
Stable, floaty paddleboards provided in all classes.
At some locations, you can bring your own board for a discounted rate.
