Recenter and recalibrate your true north in our Sunday Soul Flow Yoga. In this class, we come back to the essentials to feel our aliveness. Society may be telling us that we need more, always more, but when we take a pause to check in with ourselves, we can create the space to receive the miracle of this moment. Through music, movement and breath, you will feel your heart open wide to realize on the most foundational level that — you are enough. Yoga Barn Location: 44 W Earleigh Heights Road Severna Park, MD 21146 What to bring: • Yoga Mat • Yoga Blocks (optional) • Water Please note you have a choice of two pricing options when purchasing classes in advance: • One advance registration single session - $20 • Yoga 5 Class Pack - $75 ($15 per class) Walk ins are also welcome without advance purchase: • $20 at the door • Venmo @carleenbirnes • Please check in with Carleen before class begins

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to credit you if we're able to fill your spot. In case of inclement weather, your booking will be rescheduled.
