Service Description
Full Moon Floating Yoga replenishes body and mind with a soothing slow flow under the setting sun and rising full moon. Laugh, breathe and sink into calm in this all levels yoga practice. Your teacher will guide you from start to finish. Beginner yogis and paddlers are encouraged to join! Date: Thu, Aug 31 Time: 7:30-9pm (Sunset 7:38p ~ Moonrise 8:20p) Location: Linstead Community Beach | 33 Boone Trail, Severna Park This is a private group class open to Linstead residents. Early Bird Class Pricing thru 7/28 (save $5): • With board rental $40 (limited supplies available) • Bring Your Own Board $25 (Entire discount code: BYOB15) Please note: If you bring your own board, you must also bring your own : • Paddle • PFD • Anchor with 6' rope tied/clipped to leash bar on your board tail (can be a dumbbell/kettlebell/ or weight plate tied to rope) What to wear/bring: - Quick dry athletic attire or bathing suit - Towel - Water - Safety strap for glasses - A sense of adventure!
