In our Calming Energy Yoga Flow we reconnect to our natural sense of peace and presence through movement and breath. Students will enjoy a slow flow format that is accessible to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to get settled in on your mat so we can start on time.
