As a personal trainer, strength coach, and yoga teacher, I began playing with sequences that blended my worlds together. What I got is a signature strength driven, muscle building class that weaves in yoga poses and breath in an hour long flow.
This week at Yoga Barn we’re keeping it to body weight and maybe soon we’ll start incorporating dumbbells and kettlebells.
I’m excited to let my creativity and experience have a party with this format. I think you’ll love building mindful muscle too.
