TRX builds core strength and carves out abs like nothing I've ever experienced with my land training. My intention with my land training, is always to help me be a better performer on the water. Whether I'm racing on my SUP or surfing at Assateague, a stronger core helps me have better agency over how my body negotiates balance and power in the chop, current and waves.
