As a personal trainer, strength coach, and yoga teacher, I began playing with sequences that blended my worlds together. What I got is a signature strength driven, muscle building class that weaves in yoga poses and breath in an hour long flow.

This week at Yoga Barn we’re keeping it to body weight and maybe soon we’ll start incorporating dumbbells and kettlebells.

I’m excited to let my creativity and experience have a party with this format. I think you’ll love building mindful muscle too.

My private training clients have been pressing me to post resources my top TRX exercises as a refresher for what we cover in our sessions together. Here you have it! Three videos (keep scrolling) for core/abs, lower body/balance and upper body.

TRX builds core strength and carves out abs like nothing I've ever experienced with my land training. My intention with my land training, is always to help me be a better performer on the water. Whether I'm racing on my SUP or surfing at Assateague, a stronger core helps me have better agency over how my body negotiates balance and power in the chop, current and waves.
